We stand behind our products, and want all our customers to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers by dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can make the situation right. Please email us at panacheandcompany@gmail.com, and we will rectify this right away.

Return Policy

OUR HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY IS EFFECTIVE STARTING NOVEMBER 22, 2023.

We have an extended return policy for the 2023 holiday season. You have until January 10, 2024, to make a return. Items purchased prior to November 22, 2023 are not eligible for the Holiday Return Policy. Full priced items may be returned for store credit only.

We hope you love your Panache Apparel Co. items, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed merchandise within two weeks of the ship date for store credit only. All sale items are FINAL SALE. A valid receipt is required for all returns, and the merchandise must be in its original condition. Panache Apparel Co. is not responsible for shipped packages once they leave our warehouse, including lost or stolen. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Panache Apparel Co. is not responsible for return shipping costs. It may take up to 7 business days once we receive the returned merchandise for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed, store credit will be issued to you.
