If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can make the situation right. Please email us at ecomm@panacheaccessories.com, and we will rectify this right away.

Return Policy

We hope you love your Panache Accessories items, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed merchandise within two weeks of the ship date for store credit only. All sale items are FINAL SALE. A valid receipt is required for all returns, and the merchandise must be in its original condition. Panache Accessories is not responsible for shipped packages once they leave our warehouse, including lost or stolen. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Panache Accessories is not responsible for return shipping costs. It may take up to 7 business days once we receive the returned merchandise for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed, store credit will be issued to you.
