We want you to love your Panache Apparel Co. pieces. If something isn’t working, we accept unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for store credit only

What you need to know

  • Return window: 14 days from the delivery date

  • Refund type: Store credit only (issued as an e-gift card)

  • Store credit never expires

  • Final sale: All sale items are FINAL SALE and can’t be returned or exchanged

  • Condition requirements: Items must be original condition (no wear, no wash, no odors, no stains, no makeup marks, no pet hair)

  • Proof of purchase: A valid receipt/order is required

Where returns go

All returns are sent back to our warehouse through our return portal.

Return shipping + labels (Checkout+)

We offer Checkout+ at checkout, which includes free shipping.

  • If you selected Checkout+, you’ll receive a prepaid return label in our return portal.

  • If you opted out of Checkout+, return shipping is your responsibility and labels should be purchased through our return portal.

Processing time + store credit details

  • Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

  • After approval, store credit will be emailed to the address used on the original order as an e-gift card.

  • Store credit is issued for the item price paid, minus the original shipping fee (shipping charges are non-refundable).

Returns that don’t qualify

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • FINAL SALE items

  • Earrings and headbands (final sale for hygiene reasons)

  • Items with visible wear, damage, or that don’t meet the condition requirements

If a non-eligible item is sent back, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Returns may also be denied or subject to a $7.95 restocking fee if they do not meet the requirements above.

Shipping responsibility

Panache Apparel Co. is not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse, including lost or stolen shipments. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 


 

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Email customerservice@panacheapparel.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo clearly showing the issue

If we aren’t notified within 3 days, the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.

Color + pattern variation

Color may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and screen settings. Patterns may also vary from piece to piece. These are not considered defects. If a return is attempted for these reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
