Holiday Return Policy

We have an extended return policy for the holiday season. Orders placed  between November 5, 2024 - December 24, 2024 are eligible for our holiday return policy. You have until January 5, 2025, to return any eligible purchases. Items purchased prior to November 5, 2024 are not eligible for the holiday return policy. Eligible items may be returned for store credit only, and they must include a valid receipt. If you need further assistance with your return, please contact customerservice@panacheaccessories.com. 

 

Return Policy

We hope you love your Panache Apparel Co. items, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit only. Store credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is accepted. All sale items are FINAL SALE, and not eligible to be returned or exchanged. A valid receipt is required for all returns, and the merchandise must be in its original condition. Panache Apparel Co. is not responsible for return shipping costs. It may take up to 7 business days once we receive the returned merchandise for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed, store credit will be issued to you via email in the form of an e-gift card for the price the items were purchased at minus the shipping fee. This will be sent to the email address attached to the original order. 

Items that are marked FINAL SALE or have visible wear and tear will not be eligible for a return. If these items are returned back to our warehouse, they will be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense. All returns are subject to denial or $7.95 restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy. 

All FINAL SALE items, earrings and headbands are final sale, and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Panache Apparel Co. is not responsible for shipped packages once they leave our warehouse, including lost or stolen. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Defective Items

We stand behind our products, and want all our customers to be satisfied with them. We always do our best to take care of our customers by dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged item so we can make the situation right. Please email us at customerservice@panacheaccessories.com, and we will rectify this right away. Please include a photo of the defect/damage in your email. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary from piece to piece. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will be responsible for shipping expenses if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
