Holiday Shipping Deadline
Our warehouse will be closed December 24th - December 26th. Orders placed after 12pm CST on December 23 through December 28th will not be processed until December 29th.
To ensure your items arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order by December 15th.
Once packages leave our warehouse, Panache Apparel Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or the timeliness of delivery. Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
If you need your item sooner or have a special shipping request, please email us at customerservice@panacheapparel.com—we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
All orders take 3-5 business days to be processed before shipping out. Our Estimated Delivery starts when your order ships.
Orders placed on Friday will not be processed until Monday as our warehouse is closed on Saturday + Sundays.
Pre-order items are not eligible for Priority or Express Shipping, as these items often ship separately at a future delivery date.
Panache is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

FINAL SALE, FLASH SALE, SALE items are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

International customers are responsible for all shipping and customs fees. Panache Apparel is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by your respective government.
