Shipping policy

  • All orders require 3–5 business days for processing prior to shipment. Estimated delivery timelines begin once your order has shipped, not on the date the order is placed.
  • Orders submitted on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day, as our warehouse operates Monday through Friday. If you need your order sooner, please contact us at customerservice@panacheapparel.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Panache is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer service team at customerservice@paancheapparel.com within 24 hours of delivery so we may assist you.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays or delivery issues.
  • Final Sale and Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Panache Apparel is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by your respective government.
